2025 NPHCNLC Vendor & Exhibitor Agreement: 

If you are interested in participating as a vendor or exhibitor at the National Pan Hellenic Council, Inc. Leadership Conference, please fill out the form below. COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPACE.  Selected Vendors will be notified to complete the registration and payment process.

Please complete this form, if you agree with the following conditions: 

  • I will be provided a six (6) foot table per the $400.00 fee paid, and I must confine my product to that six (6) foot table. Tables are assigned by the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Vendor Committee.
  • If you are selling paraphernalia of a member organization of the Divine Nine, you must be certified by that member organization and provide documentation demonstrating current licensure.
  • If you sell paraphernalia for the NPHC, you must be certified by the NPHC and provide documentation demonstrating current licensure.
  • National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. is not responsible for damage to any product sold or displayed or any damage caused by products sold. Prohibited items for sale include food, hair extensions, and counterfeit products.
  • Payment of $400.00 and you will be provided payment information upon acceptance.  You will have 5 days to make payment upon acceptance and all payments must be received no later than September 1, 2025.
  • Meals are not included in the registration. There will be food options onsite or in the area.
  • Entry to the building will begin Thursday at 7:00 a.m. The start time for vendors will be at Noon., when the doors open to the public. General Vendors must be ready to depart the building no later than 7:00 p.m., the contracted end time for the conference.
  • Please submit digital business card or 1/4 page ad for conference program upon acceptance and payment.

The deadline for vendor/exhibitor application submission is Monday, September 1, 2025.
