Convention Programming will begin at Noon on Thursday, October 30 and end around Noon on Sunday, November 2. Please make travel arrangements accordingly.
2025 NPHC NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes access to all official events of the 2025 National Leadership Conference including special performances, workshops, meal functions-Gala & Awards, Social Justice Luncheon, Collegiate Breakfast, convention registration materials, and official conference gift. T-shirts are not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately. À la carte tickets may be purchased for meal events, vendors, and others as indicated for guest not registering for the full conference.
National Member Organizations/Universities/Colleges who wish to utilize group registration and voucher payment may email us to make arrangements or complete the bulk registration form (located on the resource tab above) and send it to nlcregistration@nphchq.com to make arrangements. You will receive a response within 72 hours.
Spouses/partners who are members of NPHC member organizations must have their own registration. You may purchase tickets for non-member spouses/partners, children (under 12 are not permitted at events), and others using the individual ticket pricing options.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Online registration will be available February 9, 2025 until September 30, 2025. Your online registration must be completed by September 30, 2025. There will be NO ON-SITE registration.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Full payment is required for registration. The only form of payment for registration is by credit card, e-check/ACH at check out. We are excited to offer conference registration payment plan this year. You have the option of a 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5- month plan available at checkout. Your first payment is due at submission of registration. Failure to pay subsequent amounts within 3 days of the due day will result in being dropped from the payment plans. No refunds of any payments will be made for any reasons. Transfers of payment plan registration may only be requested once full payment is made.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation with the link to make your hotel reservations. The hotel room block closes on September 30, 2025 or when sold out, which ever comes first.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes things happen, and you must cancel. Cancellations/Refunds are not being honored for this event for any reason, only registration transfers will be allowed. Requests for registration transfers/substitutions must be submitted to nlcregistration@nphchq.com. and received on or before Wednesday, October 1, 2025 11:59 pm CST. Transfers/substitutions will not be permitted beyond October 1, 2025 for any reason. Registration fees will not be refunded for any reason.

Vendors/Exhibitor
Please contact vendors@nphchq.com for vendor application and registration information. The vendor fee for this conference is $400. Vendor load-in will be Thursday at 7am and load-out will be by 11pm Saturday.
BADGE/REGISTRATION MATERIAL PICK-UP
Your badge and registration materials will be available on-site at the time of check-in at the registration area. You will be the only person allowed to pick up your registration materials. Please be prepared to show a government issued photo identification (driver’s license, state ID card, passport, etc.) to receive your materials. Make sure before you leave the registration desk while checking in that you have all tickets needed for meal functions, entertainment and optional tickets you may have purchased. Only individuals who are registered and have a badge may attend events. Children occupying seats during meal functions are required to have a meal ticket. No registration materials, gifts, etc. will be mailed to no-show registrants.
